#1: Challenge One - The Hydration Challenge
Your Challenge (Should you choose to accept it) is to drink 90 oz. of water each day this week outside of your practices. These should not be "chugged" because your body will simply pass the water unused and you will NOT hydrate yourself. Instead, space your consumption out throughout the day in sips or mouth fulls.
90 oz. is equal to approximately 11 measuring cups or 10.5 glasses of water.
