Dillon was born in Boulder, Colorado and has been a member of the health and fitness world of training since 2013.
To Dillon, exercise is an important, meaningful part of daily living devoted to success. He treats each client differently, recognizing that what works for one person may not work for another. He believes that wellness and fitness goals can be reached through hard, smart training and a little bit of inspiration and determination. Since his certification in 2012 he has pushed clients past what they thought were their physical limits. He believes in intense training programs that are rich in variety, challenging your muscles and cardiovascular system while focusing on the mind/body connection.
As a former competitive swimmer, he often implements aspects of the sport into his training sessions, including how to apply simple swimming techniques into movements to improve function and mobility. He believes exercise is fundamental to living a well-balanced life, and truly enjoys helping people. He is confident that an inner athlete lives inside everyone, and it’s his job to motivate clients to unlock their physical potential.
